A few days ago we had an espectular sight on the Houston night sky when Venus and Jupiter were only a few degrees apart from the moon.
Venus is the brigthest of the two dots in the image.
I'm sure you can easily get pictures of the event much better than this one, but this one has the special charm of displaying my house on the left :-)
I took this one with a regular digital camera sitting on a tripod.

Unos dias atras disfrutamos en el cielo nocturno de Houston de una vista espectacular cuando Venus y Jupiter estuvieron a unos pocos grados de distancia de la luna.
Venus es el mas brillante de los dos puntitos en la imagen. Estoy seguro que podes conseguir facilmente fotos del evento mucho mejores que esta, pero esta tiene el particular encanto de mostrar mi casa a la izquierda de la image :-).
Esta foto la saque con una camara digital regular apoyada en un tripode.
